Coming from out of state, we relied on Susie for help in every aspect of our purchase. She provided us with information about neighborhoods, homes (what is "normal" in a basement and what is not) and the market. We felt so confident with her knowledge and expertise that we ended up buying the home without physically walking through it. We were out of state when the home came on the market and expressed our interest to Susie. She went to the home with an associate and they did a walk through while also speaking with us on the phone and taking videos for us. We took ownership of the home this week and it is everything we expected it to be. Without Susie we would not have felt comfortable making a purchase of this magnitude in this way. We are deeply grateful to Susie and appreciate all she did to help us in the home-buying process. We could not have done it without her!
